Crystal Dumplings

Wash and chop the leeks, beat the eggs, heat the oil into the eggs and fry them, let cool, pour into the leeks, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

Add potato starch to boiled water, stir into cotton wool, let cool slightly, knead into a smooth dough, cut into small pieces and roll dumpling wrappers.
