Prepare cucumbers.

Tips:
1. You must wait for the sweet and sour sauce to cool thoroughly before soaking the cucumbers, so that the cucumbers will be more crispy
2. It is a good way to use chopsticks to help cut the cucumber.
3. It is better to marinate the finished cucumbers for 5 hours before eating.
