Cucumber Fried Bean Curd

Prepare dried tofu.

Prepare cucumbers.
3.
Shred the bean curd.
4.
Wash and shred cucumber.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add dried tofu and stir-fry for a few times, then add cucumber.

Add some soy sauce and stir fry.
8.
Season with salt, chicken bouillon and green onions and stir well.

Tips:
1. Cucumber and dried bean curd are easy to cook, do not fry for a long time.
