Cucumber Fritters

Tear the fried dough sticks into small pieces that are easy to eat, and put them in a salad bowl;

Wash the cucumber, pat loose, and cut into pieces;

Put it together with fried dough sticks;
4.
Press garlic into a puree, add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and a little sugar, and mix into garlic juice;
5.
Add garlic juice to fritters and cucumber, mix well;
6.
Sprinkle a few grains of sea rice, put on a plate and serve.
Tips:
1. The sea rice can be soaked in advance, but I think the sea rice that has been soaked is fishy, so I put it directly;
2. If you like chili, you can put green pepper or chili powder at will.
