Cucumber in Red Oil

Wash the cucumber and cut off both ends.

Use a knife to smash the cucumber and cut into large pieces.

Put it in a larger container.

Chop garlic into minced garlic, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, sugar, light soy sauce and mature vinegar and stir evenly to make a sauce.
