Cucumber Jelly

Cut the jelly into small pieces and put it on the plate.

Shred the cucumber and put it on the chopped jelly.

Then put all the seasonings except pepper and edible oil on the plate.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it.

Put the pepper in the oil after it is hot, and turn off the heat after about ten seconds.

Pour the fried pepper oil on the plate, make a squeaking sound, and stir evenly at the end.
Tips:
Do not put the pepper in the oil for too long to fry.
