Cucumber Marinated Pork Scalp

Peel the cucumber and cut into small sections. Wash the coriander and chop finely. Cut some minced garlic, millet pepper, and marinated pig scalp.

Take a bowl of sauce: soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and millet pepper and stir well.
