Cucumber Mixed Jellyfish

Put the jellyfish in a bowl, pour an appropriate amount of cold water, and soak for 24 hours until there is no salty taste.

Now we prepare other ingredients, 1 cucumber, 30 grams of coriander, 20 grams of garlic, and 20 grams of ginger.

Tips:
1. The jellyfish skin should be soaked until there is no salty taste. Generally, it needs to be soaked for one day and one night.
2. Babies who like acid can add some vinegar. I don't like it, so I didn't add it.
