Cucumber Mixed with Tofu Shreds

Wash one cucumber and put the tofu shreds in a basin

Cut the cucumber into thin strips

Add boiling water to the bowl of shredded tofu so that the shredded tofu is over. Cover and leave for about 10 minutes

Cut the prepared 2 cloves of garlic and small peppers

After the shredded tofu is soaked, just taste it. Pour out the hot water in the basin, submerge the shredded tofu with cold water twice, remove it for use. If the tofu shreds are too long for the chopsticks to hold, cut it.

Put the cut cucumber, shredded tofu, garlic and chili in a pot, and pour hot oil on the vegetables. Then add appropriate amount of salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of vinegar (white vinegar is also acceptable), stir and serve.
Tips:
The ingredients can be aged or white vinegar, depending on the taste.
