Cucumber Noodles

Take a bowl, put chili powder, pepper powder, thirteen spices, white pepper, green onion and mix.

Heat the peanut oil in a wok, wait for the peanut oil to smoke and turn off the heat. Put it in a bowl for two minutes. (Pour a little more oil, leave half of the cooked oil to cool, use it for noodles to prevent stickiness of the noodles)

Stir the chili oil well.

Boil the water, put the noodles on the steaming grid and steam. After the water is boiled, steam for five minutes.

Pour into the pot and remove in one minute.

Drain the noodles, stir in the cooked cold oil, shake the noodles while stirring, so that the noodles will dissipate heat.

Peel the cucumber, take the middle section, shred, and place on cold noodles.
8.
Sprinkle with chili oil and top with soy sauce and vinegar.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well.
10.
Cucumber shredded cold noodles.
