Cucumber Omelette with Bacon and Seaweed
1.
Add water to the flour and mix thoroughly until there are no lumps, and the slightly thin batter can drip into a line.
2.
Add an egg, a little shredded cucumber, and mix well.
3.
Put a little oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, preheat well, change the heat to low, pour the adjusted cucumber custard into the pan, shake the pan to make the custard evenly distributed. You can quickly adjust the distribution of cucumber shreds with chopsticks when it is not cooked.
4.
Use a spatula to shovel carefully from the edge to the center, and quickly turn it over once it is cooked.
5.
When it's cooked out, spread the sea moss, cooked bacon or ham, cut into cubes or triangles, and stick it with a toothpick or hold it with your hands to eat. Those who like to eat sauce can spread some Thousand Island dressing or salad dressing between each layer.
