Cucumber Rolls

Wash the cucumber to remove the head and tail, use a paring knife to remove the strips from one end

Finished cucumber slices

Rolled up from one end into a small roll and placed on the plate.

Red pepper, garlic and cooked peanuts are all finely chopped

Place the chili garlic and the chopped peanuts on top of the cucumber rolls in turn

Adjust the soy sauce, white sweet and sour salt and oyster sauce into the sauce, and heat the oil in the pot at the same time

Pour the juice from top to bottom, and then add hot oil.
Tips:
When peeling cucumbers, do not stop in one step. Cucumbers are crisper and easier to break. When you like to eat crispy cucumber, you can sprinkle it directly on the bottom to avoid the upper part from being hot and soft.
