Cucumber Rolls

Prepare 1 cucumber.

Use a spatula to form cucumber slices.
3.
Roll one by one into a cucumber roll by hand.
4.
Start the pot and cook oil over a low fire. When the oil is 80%, add a handful of pepper and fry it to get a numb flavor. Add minced garlic and dried chili until fragrant. Add salt, soy sauce and vinegar to make a soup.
5.
Pour the soup on the cucumber rolls and serve.
Tips:
Using a spatula to slice cucumbers is a technical job, but my slices are not very good.
