When I came home from get off work, I saw a table full of meat, not a single vegetarian dish. I wanted a vegetarian dish for every meal, so I almost had this cold cucumber shredded.

Cucumber Salad

1. Clean the cucumber, and then use a shredding tool to shred the cucumber (also can be sliced or cut into pieces. I personally like shredding because it is more delicious, but it is best to eat the shredded as soon as possible. Otherwise, let it go for a long time. Not crisp anymore). Chop garlic and set aside.

2. Add minced garlic and all seasonings to the cut cucumber and mix well. (Because everyone has different tastes, the amount of seasoning is not specified carefully. You can use the amount of seasoning according to your own taste.)

3. Finished and loaded.

Tips:

1. If you like to eat coriander, add some coriander to make it more delicious. 2. The salt should be used less, because the light soy sauce is already salty, so salt should not be used.
