Cucumber Salad
1.
Wash the cucumbers and pat them into large pieces with the back of a knife
2.
Add salt and vinegar to marinate for 5 minutes, drain the excess water
3.
Crush the garlic, add sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, chili oil, and sugar to make a juice
4.
Pour the adjusted juice on the marinated cucumber and mix well.
Tips:
Use patted cucumbers, don’t use cut ones
