Cucumber Salad

Cucumbers bought in the supermarket, use salt (salt can sterilize and remove pesticide residues from the cucumber epidermis), scrub the cucumber epidermis back and forth, so that the cleaned cucumber can be eaten with the skin! It's hygienic and tastes good!
