Cucumber Salad

Prepare a cucumber and 2 cloves of garlic

Peel the cucumber, put two chopsticks underneath, and cut it diagonally (the chopsticks will not cut to the end)
3.

4.
Cut the garlic into minced garlic, salt and sugar, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce and mix well to make a juice
