Cucumber Salad

1. Wash the cucumber, peel off the ends, and pat the cucumber on the cutting board with a knife to crack.

Then cut into knots, add an appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes

3. Cut the garlic into minced pieces, chop the shallots, and pour appropriate amount of water into the pickled cucumbers. After washing, serve on a plate for later use.

Put in the minced garlic first, then put in the right amount of vinegar, and top with red oil chili at the end.

Sprinkle some chopped green onions at the end and the dish is complete
