Cucumber Sauce

Wash and peel the cucumber

Cut the cucumber into a fresh-keeping bag and pat into pieces with a kitchen knife. Chop the garlic, and chop the millet pepper, chives, and parsley.

Put the cucumber and all the ingredients in a large bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame paste, white sugar, vinegar, Glinoleum linseed oil, stir evenly to taste, and then serve.

Tips:
Pick cucumbers that are a little bit prickly. Gently squeeze the cucumbers. The harder ones are fresh, and the softer ones are not fresh enough. Fresh and tender are more crispy!
