Cucumber Scrambled Eggs

Prepare eggs and cucumbers.

Clean and slice cucumbers, and beat the eggs with salt to form egg mixture.

Pour into a non-stick pan,

Fry into egg skins.

Cut into pieces.

Add oil, pour in cucumber, add salt and stir well.

Fry the cucumbers until half cooked.
