Cucumber Slices in Abalone Sauce

Wash the cucumbers and slice them into thin slices, soak them in water for later use.

Finely chop ginger, garlic, green onion and 2-3 tablespoons of abalone juice, add a half bowl of water, 1 tea is cooking wine, appropriate amount of sesame oil and cornstarch and stir well for later use.

Dry the cucumber slices in water, sauté the ginger and garlic in a frying pan, put the cucumber slices and fry them with chopsticks (use a spatula for fear of breaking) for a few times, then pour in the prepared abalone juice and slowly simmer for a good taste.

Simmer for about 3-5 minutes. When the juice is thick, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
