Cucumber Slices with Sauce

Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices

Add salt and mix for hours
3.
Rinse the pickled cucumbers with water several times
4.

Tips:
1. The proportion of sauce: light soy sauce 2: balsamic vinegar 2: sugar 1: Shuiyi 1
