As the weather turns hot, refreshing cold dishes can be arranged! Generally, cucumber is the first choice for cold dishes, and cucumber is the first choice among the first choices! Of course, this time I did not shoot cucumbers but pickled cucumbers. Pickled cucumbers are a common side dish with rice porridge here, and they all have larger roots. But when I ate a cucumber slice last time in the restaurant, I thought it was delicious, so I have to make it this time!
