Cucumber Tossed with Noodles

Chop the cucumber into small pieces.

Boil the dried noodles in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute until transparent.
3.
Fenpi slices.
4.
Finely chop green onion and garlic.
5.
Put the vermicelli and cucumber in a basin, add light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, green onion and garlic and mix well.
