Cucumber White Meat Rolls

Peel the garlic seeds and ginger, chop finely, add a little boiled water and mix well

Cut dried red peppers into sections, heat up a pan and stir fragrant

Put a little white sesame and chopped chili, out of the pot and pour it into a bowl of ginger garlic juice

Put a little sugar

Add balsamic vinegar and sesame oil to make the sauce

Wash the cucumber and pork

Pork is cooked in a boiling pot

Put the cooked pork in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then take it out and cut into slices 4cm wide and 9cm long

Cut the cucumber in the middle and cut into thin slices of 9cm in length

Salt the cucumber slices to soften

Spread the cucumber slices on the chopping board and spread a piece of pork on top

Roll by hand

Put it in a dish, pour the sauce on it and you can eat it
