Cucumber with Onion

Each material

Cut the onion into thick strips and soak in ice water

Cucumber slices and grated (this can be any)

Mix seafood salad sauce, sesame oil, and a little salt for later use

Remove the water from the shredded onion, and mix half of the sauce over the shredded onion

Then mix the shredded onion and cucumber slices on the plate, sprinkle the katsuobushi,

Drizzle the remaining sauce and serve
