Cucumber with Pork Ears

Cut the cooked pork ears into thin slices.

Wash the cucumbers and slice them into thin slices.
3.
Fold the cucumber slices in half and place them on a plate.
4.
Put the cut pork ear pieces on top.
5.
Add seasoning sauce: add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and light soy sauce to the bowl.

Add minced garlic and a pinch of salt.
7.
Add appropriate amount of chili oil, stir well and serve.
8.
Take an appropriate amount of sauce and pour it on top of the pig's ear slices.
Tips:
1. Cucumbers can be easily sliced into thin slices with a planer.
2. It is better to cut the ears thinly.
3. The seasoning sauce can be matched according to your own taste.
