Cucumber with Sesame Sauce

Set aside two cucumbers.

Wash the cucumbers and pat them loose with the back of a knife.

Cut diagonally into small pieces to make it easy to taste when mixing.

Marinate the cucumber cubes with a little salt for 10 minutes. After the water is discharged, squeeze out the water.

Add warm water, chicken essence, and a little salt to the sesame sauce.

Add cucumber, sesame sauce, minced garlic, and chili oil in a large bowl and mix well.

Finished product. Add medlar to embellish it.
Tips:
Cucumbers are prone to water, so pickle in advance and squeeze out the water.
