Cucumber with Yuba

Prepare the materials.

Soak the yuba in cold water 2 hours in advance;

Wash the yuba after soaking and cut it into oblique sections;

Boil the yuba in boiled water, remove and drain;

Cut cucumber into diamond-shaped slices; cut dried pepper into small pieces;

Put the yuba and cucumber in a large bowl, add light soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, sugar, refined salt, vinegar, and sesame oil to marinate for a while;

Sprinkle black sesame seeds and mix well;

Add oil to the pan, put the pepper and fry it until fragrant and zoom out, then remove it, add the pepper segments and fry until fragrant and turn off the heat;

Pour on the yuba and mix evenly.
Tips:
The yuba soaked in cold water is not easy to boil.
