Cuizhu Primula Curry Rice

Prepare the ingredients and chop the ready-to-be curry.

Cut the ham sausage into small cubes.

Cut the carrots into small cubes.

Peel the fresh corn out of the kernels.

The rice fell apart.

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the hot pan to heat 80%. Pour in the carrots, corn kernels and ham and stir fry until they are almost cooked.

Add the ready-to-eat curry and some salt and stir fry evenly.

Pour in the rice and stir-fry evenly, serve and set aside.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces, and peel off the bottom layer for a smooth placement. Use a knife to cut the middle of the cucumber. Cut the cucumber peels into bamboo poles and bamboo leaves, and put them on a dinner plate.

Fill in the curry fried rice.
