Cumin Beef Tenderloin

Cut selected beef into thin strips 0.5 cm wide and 5-6 cm long.

Add soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce pepper, cumin, a little red wine, starch, egg white and oil.

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into pieces and set aside.

Heat the pot and put salad oil in the pot.

Pour the beef tenderloin (put it in a cold pan with cold oil) and quickly spread it out.
