Cut the steamed buns into small dices and chop the garlic sprouts for later use. In fact, it's not bad to replace them with chives!

Add a little salt and lemon juice to the eggs and mix well;

Tips:
1; I steamed the steamed buns myself. There are about three or two steamed buns, which happens to be matched with two eggs for reference. 2; It is also a good choice to put some chili powder if you like spicy food.
