Shaanxi's Roujiamo is very famous. Although I haven't eaten authentic ones, I have already heard of them.
Today, I used the leftover meat from the day before, plus some chopped green peppers, and sandwiched in the white bun. It was also very delicious.

Tips:

1. Green peppers can also be replaced with coriander, as long as you like
2. If the meat and buns are cold, it is best to make them after returning to the pot, so that the texture and taste will be better
