Cumin Chicken Gizzards

Wash the chicken gizzards, remove the debris from the top, and wash them with water several times, and then divide them into two. (How to cut randomly, I cut it horizontally.)

Scallions, ginger, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, oyster sauce, white pepper, all set, marinate for 15-20 minutes

The marinated chicken gizzards are dried with kitchen paper towels.

Relax the oil in the pot, heat up the chicken gizzards at 50-60%, and fry them over medium heat

Tips:
1. Don't make fried chicken gizzards too hot, or it won't be cooked well inside
2. Fried cumin chili must be low heat, or it will be battered
