Use duck meat that is most suitable for summer to make grilled skewers, nourishing and delicious.

Cumin Duck Skewers

1. Main ingredients: duck leg, green onion ginger, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, cumin powder, etc.

2. Duck legs are boneless, peeled and cut into thumb-sized pieces

3. Add all the seasonings to the cut duck pieces

4. Grab evenly and pickle for more than 2 hours (pickling overnight is better)

5. Take out the pickled duck legs and rinse with bamboo skewers.

6. Wear them in strings in turn.

7. Brush a little base oil in the pan and put in the skewers.
