Cumin Duck Skewers

Main ingredients: duck leg, green onion ginger, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, cumin powder, etc.

Duck legs are boneless, peeled and cut into thumb-sized pieces

Add all the seasonings to the cut duck pieces

Grab evenly and pickle for more than 2 hours (pickling overnight is better)

Take out the pickled duck legs and rinse with bamboo skewers.

Wear them in strings in turn.

Brush a little base oil in the pan and put in the skewers.

Tips:
Marinating for at least two hours, if you have time, marinating overnight will be more delicious.
The marinated meat skewers can be grilled or fried.
