This fried barbecue is my private version, because a large amount of cumin is added, the barbecue flavor is full, the beef is fried and roasted in the pan at high temperature, the pot is full of gas, tender and chewy, and the barbecue that has just been fried is not Juicy, a little gravy will come out after a while, just adding a touch of moisturizing taste.
