Cumin Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Wash the shrimp and cut off the shrimp silk, and cut a small opening on the back of the shrimp to make it easy to marinate and taste.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, cumin powder, pinch and marinate for 20 minutes. (The marinade can be added or subtracted according to personal taste)

After marinating, use the washed bamboo skewers to skewer all the shrimps from the tail, as shown in the figure

Spread the skewered shrimp on the grill pan.

Brush all the prawns with vegetable oil, and finally sprinkle with chili powder evenly. Preheat the oven 200 degrees in advance.

Put the prawns into the middle of the oven and bake them at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
