Cumin Lamb

Wash the lamb hind legs and cut into large pieces.

Cut the lamb into the shape you like, and prepare three kinds of seasoning salt, cumin, and chili noodles for later use.

Heat the wok on a high fire, add more oil than usual, and stir-fry the lamb on high heat until the meat is not bloody. Add three kinds of seasonings, stir fry again for a while, put it out of the pan, and start eating!
