Cumin Scallion Pork Belly

Cut the braised pork belly into strips.

Shred the shallots.

Heat the pan with oil, pour in the onion pork belly and stir fry.

Add light soy sauce and stir fry for 1 minute.
5.
Add salt and cumin powder, stir-fry evenly, and then serve.
6.
Plate.
