Cured Beans

Remove the stems of the beans, wash and shred, shred the pork belly, mince the ginger and garlic, and cut the red pepper into a ring-shaped pot, stir-fry the pork belly and stir-fry with the oil, add the minced ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant

Add the shredded beans and stir-fry, add salt and low heat until the shredded beans are soft, then add minced ginger and garlic

Add red pepper rings, drizzle in a little light soy sauce, stir fry evenly
Tips:
1. After adding the shredded beans, reduce the heat, and slowly fry the shredded beans until they are soft and cooked.
2. If there is no cured pork belly, you can replace it with fresh pork belly
3. Pepper increases or decreases according to your preferences
