Cured Duck Trotters in Clay Pot

After the trotters are processed, wash and cut into pieces; the trotters can be handled by the store, and they can be rinsed after returning home

Soak the cured duck in rice-washing water for a while, remove it and rinse it several times with clean water, after washing, chop it into pieces

Put the pot on the fire, pour some water into the boiling pot, add the sliced ginger and boil

After the water is boiled, put the trotters in a pot and blanch for a few minutes

After blanching the trotters, remove them and rinse them with clean water several times for later use

Put the trotters and cured duck in the soup pot

Add ginger slices and pour in some water

Bring to a high heat, turn to medium and low heat and cook for 1 hour; put in the carrot pieces cut into hobs, and cook for about 30 minutes

After the ingredients are cooked, add salt and put it in a bowl.
Tips:
According to the amount of soup, increase or decrease the amount of salt.
