Homemade bacon.

Take one, rinse it, put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat, and steam for about 10 minutes after it is aired.

Let the steamed bacon cool slightly and cut into thin slices.

Wash the snow peas when steaming the bacon.

Bring water to a boil, add some oil and salt, and add snow peas to keep the green color of snow peas. Blanch the water for about one minute, and remove the cold water for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Place the bacon and deliver it quickly and stir fry for a while, do not fry for a long time, otherwise the bacon will be dry and hard.

Drain the snow peas and stir-fry on high heat.

Season with salt. The bacon I made is a bit salty, I only added a pinch of salt. Snow peas are not tasty when they are salted.
