Curry Beef
1.
500 grams of sirloin, cut into small pieces of about 2 cm, and cleaned.
2.
Boil the beef in a pot under cold water. After the water is boiled, boil it slightly, the beef will change color, remove it and clean it to control the moisture. Prepare the pepper, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves.
3.
Put the beef into an electric pressure cooker, add a proper amount of water, add a proper amount of rice wine, ginger slices (forget to beat), add all the spices. Adjust the pressure cooker to ribs.
4.
The electric pressure cooker program ends, and the beef is cooked until crisp.
5.
Remove the beef and remove all the spices.
6.
Cut potatoes, peppers, onions, and carrots into small pieces. Heat up a skillet and put an appropriate amount of salad oil, add onions to sauté when the oil is hot, add potatoes, carrots, and peppers and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Add beef and stir fry evenly. Add beef broth, season with appropriate amount of salt, bring to a medium-low heat, and cook until potatoes and carrots are 80% cooked.
8.
Add 3 curry cubes, stir constantly, and continue to cook until the potatoes are soft and the soup is thick.
9.
Add chopped chives before turning off the heat.
10.

Tips:
1. Use a pressure cooker to stew beef to save time and effort. If you have enough time, use a low heat in a saucepan to simmer slowly, and the taste is better.
2. After adding the curry, use a low heat and keep stirring to avoid sticking the pot.
