Curry Beef

Tips:
1. Vegetables like potatoes and carrots that are not easy to cook quickly can be cut into small pieces or diced, first blanch with boiling water and then simmer for a quicker taste. 2. When processing beef, baking soda powder or beer or vinegar can be added appropriately, which can make the beef taste more tender and remove the fishy taste. 3. Adding coconut milk can make the curry taste smoother and sweeter.
