Curry Beef Brisket Rice

30g carrots, 30g potatoes, 20g broccoli
180g beef brisket, 30g onion, 10g green onion knot
150g rice, 5g ginger slices, 1g bay leaves, 30g curry cubes, 10g cooking wine

Boil the sirloin, cooking wine, sliced ginger, green onion knot under cold water, boil and remove for later use

Pour sirloin, onion, sliced ginger, bay leaves, cooking wine into the pot, pour in water soak the ingredients, close the lid and cook for 40 minutes

After opening the lid, skim off the rest of the ingredients, set aside the sirloin and broth

Preheat the rice cooker, pour oil, fry the onion diced, then pour carrots and potatoes, stir fry evenly

Pour the sirloin into the pot and simmer for 20 minutes

After opening the lid, add the curry cubes, stir well, and heat for another 10 minutes.

Add salt to boiling water, blanch broccoli, and serve

Just sprinkle sesame seeds on the rice
Tips:
1. If you like thicker, add a little water starch, heat and mix well.
