Curry Beef Jerky
1.
Cut the beef against the fiber into thick slices about 1.5 cm thick.
2.
Chop lightly on both sides of the thick slices with the back of a knife, and then cut into small pieces.
3.
Put all the spices except curry powder into the pot.
4.
Heat on a low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring with a spoon from time to time, and let cool after turning off the heat.
5.
Pour the cold seasoning into the beef, stir evenly, and let stand for more than 1.5 hours.
6.
Pour the marinated beef into the bread bucket and put it into the bread machine.
7.
After turning on the machine, select the bake/simmer/boil button, choose dark color for coloring, and run for 30 minutes.
8.
When it runs for about 15 minutes, open the lid and stir the beef with chopsticks to heat it and absorb the sauce more evenly.
9.
After the end, open the lid, use a heat-resistant glove to padded out the bread bucket, use a spoon to grate out the soup in the bucket, and pick out the aniseed, pepper, ginger, and red hot pepper.
10.
Then put the bread bucket back into the bread machine, select the stir fry function, and fry for more than 45 minutes.
11.
When about 8 minutes are left to fry, add curry powder.
12.
Close the lid and continue, wait for the end of the procedure to open the lid, take it out and let it cool, you can eat directly or air-dry for a while.
Tips:
1. When cutting the beef, cut it horizontally against the fiber, and then lightly chop with the back of a knife. This will make the beef taste softer. If you like a harder taste, you can omit it.
2. The longer the marinating time, the more delicious it will be. It can be marinated for a longer period of time in a cool place.
3. The stir-frying time is 45 minutes and you can stir-fry until it is dry. At this time, the beef jerky is dry but the meat is not very hard. If you like it hard, you can extend the stir-fry time or select the stir-fry function after the program ends, and then set some time to stir-fry To the extent you want. I usually fry for 55-60 minutes.
4. If you cook a large amount at a time, extend the time of stewing and stir-frying appropriately.
