I only have sliced pork and white radish at home. I don’t know how to make it. I don’t have any appetite. I immediately thought of using a slightly spicy curry flavor to make this dish with rice with multi-grains. My daughter also ate two bowls of rice!

Curry Carrot Pork Rice

1. Cut the main and side dishes for later use

2. Stir fragrant ginger, garlic and chili over medium heat, then add pork slices and fry for 90 seconds

3. Turn the meat over and fry for 90 seconds, season with salt and pepper

4. Put the meat slices on a plate, add oil to the heat, add the side dishes and stir-fry until soft

5. Add the meat slices, curry powder and the side dishes, mix well and simmer for about 2 minutes

6. Add cream or thicken and start to cook

7. You can also add other greens you like before simmering, I added kale leaves

8. Served with multi-grain rice, the soup is more fragrant when poured on the rice
