Curry Chicken
1.
Prepare all the ingredients
2.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add a small amount of salt, pepper, and cooking wine, and marinate for about 15 minutes. You can also add some raw starch (it will be more tender when fried).
3.
Add a small amount of olive oil to the wok (other oils can also be used, the olive oil will have no other flavor when it is fried). Add carrots, potatoes, a small amount of salt and stir fry over high heat, fry for 8 mature, and serve.
4.
Add olive oil to the wok, add the diced chicken and stir fry.
5.
Add the vegetable ingredients that have just been fried, curry cubes, green peas, cucumber, stir-fry, add all the ingredients that have been submerged in water, cook until it is sticky, pick up the pot, serve it, and sprinkle the chopped green onions.
Tips:
If you want it to be thicker, cook it for a while. When marinating, the chicken has been salted, and the curry is also flavorful, so there is no salt in the later stir-frying, otherwise it will be salty.
