Curry Chicken
1.
Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and set aside. Wash the bell peppers and cut into pieces for later use. Boneless and cut chicken thighs for later use
2.
After the pot is hot, add a little olive oil, fry potatoes and bell peppers (so that the finished potatoes will be very soft and delicious)
3.
Add the chicken and fry until the chicken is discolored
4.
Add 500ml of hot water and bring to a boil. Add the right amount of salt and a little light soy sauce. Stir well, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
5.
Add 6 pieces of curry cubes (usually 6 pieces of curry cubes bought outside)
6.
After the curry is completely melted, change the heat to a low heat and collect the juice for 5 minutes (you must keep stirring in the middle, or it may not be easy to dry the pan)
Tips:
The amount of water determines the consistency of the final juice ~ you can add it according to your own taste, but not too little!
