Curry Chicken

Wash the ingredients.

Chicken cut into pieces.

Wash potatoes and carrots, peel them and cut them into hob pieces, remove seeds and cut green peppers into small pieces, and cut purple onions into small pieces.

Tips:
1. Lemongrass is an exotic cooking seasoning with a special aroma. After adding it, the taste of chicken curry will be greatly improved. It is not a problem if you can't buy it without adding it.
2. When the chicken is fried, the oil temperature is a little higher, so that the juice can be locked quickly and the chicken taste is more tender.
3. Green peppers are easy to change color, just put them in before they are out of the pot.
