Aftertaste Curry Rice

Curry Chicken

1. Dice potatoes and soak in cold water to remove the surface powder, remove and drain. Dice carrots and set aside

2. Cut the chicken wings into two sections for easy taste, pour in a spoonful of cooking wine, set powder, and pepper, mix well and marinate

3. Fry the potatoes and carrots in a hot pan, then stir-fry the chicken wings for a little while

4. Pour in a bowl of water, add the curry cubes, cover the pot and simmer

5. Season with salt

6. The curry chicken is done

Tips:

Be careful to turn it down during the boiling to avoid the bottom of the pot. The curry powder itself has a strong taste, so you should control it when adding salt
