Curry Chicken

Dice potatoes and soak in cold water to remove the surface powder, remove and drain. Dice carrots and set aside

Cut the chicken wings into two sections for easy taste, pour in a spoonful of cooking wine, set powder, and pepper, mix well and marinate

Fry the potatoes and carrots in a hot pan, then stir-fry the chicken wings for a little while

Pour in a bowl of water, add the curry cubes, cover the pot and simmer

Tips:
Be careful to turn it down during the boiling to avoid the bottom of the pot. The curry powder itself has a strong taste, so you should control it when adding salt
